Fr8 King Ltd. is an apparel brand created for the people who keep freight moving. Our products celebrate the transportation and logistics industry through original designs, lifestyle apparel, and our Fr8 King Ltd., Fr8 Queen, and Jr CEO collections.

Our website is powered by Shopify and allows customers to browse and purchase our products online.

Because production begins after purchase, changes or cancellations may become unavailable once an order has entered production.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Production time and shipping transit time are separate stages of the fulfillment process.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless an express delivery commitment is specifically offered and accepted.

Actual delivery may be affected by production schedules, carrier operations, weather, holidays, address errors, customs processing where applicable, or other circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If you discover an address error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or shipping.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Fr8 King Ltd. offers eligible non-defective returns within 30 days of delivery.

Returned non-defective merchandise must meet the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Fit may vary between garments, manufacturers, and product styles.
